Electronic mail is an accepted and preferred mode to communicate with clients/co-workers, conduct business negotiations, discuss confidential matters and formalize business contracts. As a result, much of an organization’s critical data is being stored on susceptible mail servers. In order to satisfy regulatory compliance or legal requirements, organizations need a way to locate its critical data within the email and move it to a secure location where it can be protected and stored on a long-term basis.

Archive Attender automatically archives messages and attachments to an external storage device from Exchange mailboxes and network accessible PST files. Management is executed through an application interface that can be used to setup the schedule, search the indexed archives and view reports. With Archive Attender, administrators can also grant access rights to users without a client installation.
